My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit disappointing as they smelled strongly of cigarette smoke throughout, and I even found old chicken bones in my room, which was a turn-off. However, the service was top-notch with friendly and efficient staff who paid attention to small details. The location was convenient for my needs, being close to the University and shopping center. The dining experience was a letdown in terms of the quality given the price. The facilities were decent.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, providing a fantastic sofa for added comfort and a large dressing table perfect for working on my laptop. However, it was a bit of a letdown to face the back gate upon arrival. The service was top-notch with exceptionally friendly staff always willing to help out. The location was superb, making it easy to reach nearby malls and shops, especially being so close to the University and Loch Logan Shopping center. The dining experience was okay, but could use a bit more variety for vegetarians. Overall, the value for money was excellent as it felt like a mini-vacation every day! The facilities were great, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
